TERMS & CONDITIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. According to Government of India Directives, a Valid Photo ID has to be carried by every primary guest/s and accompanying guests staying at 360 South.

2. The identification proofs accepted are Valid Driver’s License / Aadhar Card / Passport for Indian Nationals as well as Foreign Nationals with Valid VISA.

3. Without Valid Identification Proofs, the guest will not be allowed to Check-In

4. We require 100% Advance Payment to confirm your booking prior to Check-in.

5. Any Extras incurred at the site, to be settled directly during Check out; via Debit Card / Credit Card / HDFC SMART HUB Payment Link / Cash

6. In event of CANCELLATION / NO SHOW –REFUND would be provide as per refund Policy

7. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable – this is entirely at the Discretion of 360 south Management.

8. Check-In time is 2 PM and Check-Out time is 11 AM.

9. The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as Floating Breakfast , Candle Light Dinner , Spa , Restaurant etc ). These will be charged at the time of Check-Out from the Resort.

10. Room Tariffs / Rent Charges are subject to change without any prior notice.

11. The management shall not be held responsible for any theft of belongings or damage to the vehicles of the Guest.

12. We have no accommodation for drivers.

13. The swimming pool is operational from 9 AM to 7 PM.

14. The Guest and/or Signing Guest(s) and/or the principle agree to pay the resort no later than the time of departure (unless prior written arrangements have been made with the resort) any food, beverage, any other commodity, service charges and/or any other such state or central taxes and levies payable by the Guest(s) to the resort as determined by the resort.

15. The 360 south resort management reserves right of admission.

16. The Guest(s)/Signing Guest(s) and guests in the accompanying party and/or invitees understand that in the event of an injury of any kind the Resort, its owners, the management, its servants or any person connected directly or indirectly are not responsible in any manner .

17. Our property is pure vegetarian , consumption of non vegetarian meals is not permitted on-site.

18. Smoking inside the property premises is not permitted.

19. Arms and Ammunition of any kind is strictly prohibited in the premises of the property.

PET POLICY

WE HAVE NO PETS POLICY. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED

FOOD & BEVERAGES

1. Consumption of food inside cottages is not permitted. Strictly at the discretion of 360 South Management.

2. We serve Service for all meals at our Restaurant on an Ala care basis.

3. Restaurant timings: 9am To 10pm.

CHILD POLICY

  • Children below 4 years will be accommodated without an Extra Bed, on a Complimentary basis.
  • Children of Age 4 years and above will be considered as an Child, and charged additional. Children are required to be accompanied with adults at all time.

  • Children above 11 years will be considered as an Adult, and charged additional.

JURISDICTION POLICY

  • All disputes & differences of any kind whatever arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive JURISDICTION OF COURTS OF MUMBAI ONLY.
